I truly believe that recruiting talent is core to the success of any startup. In order to recruit the very very best, working for a startup should not portray an image of 3 dudes in a garage. The group in Boulder (i believe these guys come out of Techstars, an ideas stage funding program), are taking a step in the right direction by promoting themselves differently. The search for talent is not easy, I’m sure some of the guys ive interviewed would agree 
It takes a special character to want to be a part of a startup, what with all the uncertainties ahead, both financially as well as personally. So i’m really inspired by the choices some of these guys have made.
